Healthy Choice #2: Private Fitness Consultation

Sessions offered in the following packages:

• 4 x 1 hour individual personal training sessions

B:

• 10 x 1 hour individual personal training sessions

C:

• 4 x 1 hour family training sessions

D:

• 10 x 1 hour family training sessions

Healthy Choice #3: Combo Nutrition & Fitness Consultation

A:

• 1 x 60 minute initial individual consultation

Healthy Choice #4: Pantry Makeover and Home Gym Creation

• 45 minute pantry assessment and development of shopping list
• 45 minute session with trainer to set up a home gym with minimal equipment.
• Discounts available at local fitness store up to 40%.

Healthy Choice #5: Picky Eaters Boot Camp

• 1 hour assessment of child’s nutritional intake and recommendations provided for healthy and child friendly foods.

Healthy Choice #6: 10 Week Weight Loss Series

• A group of 8 people is required, and location can be provided or can take place in your home or workplace. Group includes weekly weigh ins, food logs, nutrition topics, ‘Biggest Loser Challenge” and more.

Healthy Choice #7: 10 Week Exercise Boot Camp

• A group of 8 people is required, and location can be provided in Scarsdale or Mamaroneck, or can take place in your home or workplace. A fun and exciting full body workout that burns a significant amount of calories.

Healthy Choice #8: Combo Weight Loss Series and Exercise Boot Camp

• A group of 8 people is required, and all must take part in both the Weight Loss/Nutrition Classes and the Boot Camp. Classes can be scheduled back to back or on different days of the week.

Healthy Choice #9: Specialty Supermarket Tour

• A guided tour of your local market or specialty stores such as Whole Foods, Mrs. Greens or Trader Joe's to help decipher the best choices to meet the nutritional goals for yourself and your entire family. Tours are 1 hour in length.

Healthy Choice #10: Dining Out Plan of Action

• For those who dine out frequently, we will make a personal visit to each of your favorite food establishments, review the menus, and provide you with a comprehensive list of the healthiest choices in each location. Up to 10 restaurants included.

Healthy Choice #11: Nutrition Cocktail Party

• A great way to have access to a personal nutritionist, in a comfortable setting, and ask all the questions that you were always wondering about. Gather a group of family and friends, and host a Nutrition Cocktail Party in your home. Select a specific topic of interest to your guests (Picky Eaters, Superfoods, Anti-Aging Strategies etc..), or choose an open discussion forum. Personalized wine consultation and catering available for an additional fee.

Healthy Choice #12: Healthy “Live” Cooking Demos

• Individual or group cooking demonstrations available in your own home, or in our professional kitchen in Mamaroneck, NY. After a brief consultation to determine your individual needs and interests, our gourmet nutritionist will provide you with a hands on demonstration to prepare healthy and delicious meals.
